Numerical method for finding the stationary solutions of hydrodynamic model equations of the charge transfer in semiconductors

Numerical method for finding the stationary solutions of the hydrodynamic model equations for charge transport in semiconductors is described in the paper. With the help of this method based on generalized Green matrix the existence the approximate solution of the well-known ballistic diode problem is obtained.
