Numerical investigation of drainage mechanism of wave generation based on the potential fluid-flow model

In the paper some results of a numerical investigation of a process of generation of the surface waves by flowing of the fluid into cracks that appear in the bottom during underwater earthquakes are presented. The numerical algorithm is based on the finite-difference scheme for the equations in a moving coordinates which describes potential ideal flows with a free boundary.
