Parallel algorithms for numerical modeling of turbulent wake dynamics in a linear stratified fluid

This paper concerns with parallel algorithms for numerical simulations of turbulent wake dynamics in a linearly stratified fluid. The speedups and efficiencies of two algorithms compared with theoretical estimates. The speedup dependence on the latency time and bandwidth are analyzed. Two developed parallel algorithms are viable tools to numerical simulations of turbulent wake dynamics in a stratified fluid.
