Study of the influence of spatial resolution for equilibrium setting times for the numerical simulation of global climate of the ocean

A three-dimensional quasigeostrophical numerical climate model for the World Ocean is presented. Results of the numerical experiments showing properties of the numerical model of global climate depending on the vertical and horizontal resolutions are discussed; time for setting up to a stable state of ocean is analyzed
