Numerical scheme of a monotonous type for the parabolized form of the Navier-Stokes equations

A scheme with TVD approximation for solving the three-dimensional parabolized Navier-Stokes equations is constructed. The scheme relies on the upstream differencing scheme of the first order of accuracy (Laxe-Fridrix). The matrixes of the left and right eigenvalues are given to enable calculations in both super- and subsonic region flows in a uniform procedure.
