Flow dynamics calculations for the lake Shira

For the numerical modeling of the wind flows in the lake Shira a two-stage procedure of obtaining velocities versus the depth is employed. At the first stage from equations of linear shallow water averaged velocities are found and the free surface elevation that will be further used for solving the diffusion equation. It is shown that for small lakes such as Shira the Coriolis forces can be neglected which enables us to simplify the numerical algorithm.
