On belonging the matrix spectrum to the left half-plane
In the present article the authors continue the research of parameters that characterize belonging the matrix spectrum to the left half-plane. A theorem on continuous dependence of the parameters on matrix elements is proved. The authors propose an algorithm to obtain the estimates of the parameters.
