Fictitious domain method for Navier-Stokes equations in terms of the current function and velocity vortex with inhomogeneous boundary conditions

A possible statement of the problem for the method of fictitious domain is suggested for the study of a plane flow of the viscous incompressible fluid in the complex-geometry domain with inhomogeneous conditions on the boundary. The justification of such a statement of the auxiliary problem is carried out.
