About formulation and ssolution of seismozonings problems
Initial ideas about formulation and solution of seismozonings (seismoregionalizations) problems have been developed. It haz been showed that a construction of a `wide, great and simple` class of algorithms and creation of `objective` methods for comparison of two different results (preference or indifference) of seismozoning
are the main difficulties in this process. A possible approach of creation of such class of algorithms has been proposed.
