Errors in assessing the tide response parameter in electromagnetic pulsed terrestrial emission

The algorithm of the interval assessment of the harmonic component parameters with known frequencies in a noise-affected signal is described. The theoretical justification is based on the fact, that the noise component of a signal is of Poisson character. The result of the implementation of algorithm to assessing the tide\'s response phase in the intensiveness of electromagnetic pulsed terrestrial emission is described. It has been concluded that this method is efficient on assessing errors of pointwise estimates of the tide response phase.
