Turbulent viscosity and large-scale vorticity in large eddy simulation

The new parametrization of turbulent viscosity coefficient taking into account the large-scale vorticity for turbulent flow incompressible liquid is offered. This parametrization has only one empirical coefficient as well-known Smagorinsky parametrization. The model qualitatively agrees with other multiparameter models, which give a decrease of turbulent viscosity coefficient in the presence of large-scale vorticity.
