Numerical simulation of devices with virtual cathode taking into account electrons scattering on anode foil

Program of one-dimensional simulation of self-consistent motion of electron beam with virtual cathode in vacuum areas of vircator, and electrons scattering at multiple passage through anode foil is created. Calculations are carried out in real measurement units and at different vircator parameters. Calculation results showed high coincidence with the results of corresponding experiments.
