Television-optical technique for materials investigation and diagnostics of state of loaded materials and structure parts

The applications of Television-Optical Measuring Technique (TOMSC) to the structure analysis and attestation of structural and composite materials, investigation of plastic deformation and failure processes, and also nondestructive testing of mechanical state of loaded machine parts and design elements are outlined in the paper. The results of experimental researches of the methods for constructing displacement vectors, calculation of fractal dimension, energy of Fourier- and wavelet-spectra, distributions of the main plastic shear and strain rate intensity, and also the method of free oscillations are described.
