Best Pinsker Bound Equals Taylor Polynomial of Degree 49
An exact parametrization of  Vajda's tight lower bound,  allows to construct refined Pinsker bounds  that is recursively defined polynomials of degree  which fit the inequality .  We show that  coincides with Taylor polynomial of degree  approximating  in zero iff  is less or equal to 49.
