Asymptotic stability and positive definiteness of dependent interval matrix

Dependent interval matrices, i.e.interval matrices with the elements, which depend on each other, are considered. The possibility to represent a dependent interval matrix as a matrix polytope is shown. Some algebraic conditions of positive definiteness and asymptotic stability for matrix polytopes are obtained.
