The penetration of a rotating magnetic field into a plasma with resonance surface

A penetration of a running magnetic field perturbation into plasma is investigated. It is significant that the perturbation is running and not simply oscillating. It is shown, that the penetration process has different forms, depending on the proportion of phase velocity and Alven velocity, and is accompanied by the plasma acceleration. The latter plays a crucial role in the process.
