Explicitly solvable kirchhoff and riabouchinsky models with semipermeable obstacles and their application to efficiency estimation of free flow turbines

In this paper the classical Kirchhoff and Riabouchinsky wake flow models are generalized for the case of partially penetrable obstacles. The study of these models was motivated by the practical problem of estimating the efficiency the brand new free (non-ducted) flow hydraulic turbines.
