Analysis and interpretation of the climatic changes

Methodical questions arising in information technologies for the analysis of monitoring results and the interpretation of the climate changes are discussed in the framework of the system-evolutionary approach to studying of interrelated changes of systems, their relations, and process cycles in the geosphere. Concepts and mechanisms of the climate change, facilities of their integrated description by means of mapping of the climate condition in a phase space of estimation characteristics, techniques of graph-analytical analysis, and technologies of interpretation are described. Results of the analysis and interpretation of inter-decadal climate fluctuations, oscillations in 90-s, and arrhythmias of the climate-forming processes are shown.
