Modern computational technologies in problems of weather forecast
A brief review of modern computing technologies in problems of weather forecast is given. Characteristics of operative global and regional models of an atmosphere are presented, the main idea of the finding of an ensemble of forecasts is stated. Problems which should be solved in the nearest decade are formulated.
