Constructing of Monotonic Schemes by Method of Differential Approximation

A new approach based on the using of the method of differential approximation is considered for construction of monotonic difference schemes of the second order. The monotonic nonlinear schemes of the second order are given for the linear and nonlinear transport equation. The generalization for the case of moving nonuniform grids has been completed.
