Constructing of monotonic schemes on the basis of method of differential approximation

The new approach based on analysis of a differential approximation of a scheme for constructing of monotonic difference schemes of the second order approximation is considered. Monotonic scheme for the nonlinear transport equation is given. The generalization for the shallow water equations is carried out.
