On numerical investigation of auto-oscillations in hypothetical gene networks

Identification of cycle operations in gene networks is an important problem of bioinformatics that analyzes structure and functioning regularities of gene networks and their regulator circuits. In the article we formulate an effective method of calculation of the auto-oscillations governed by differential autonomous systems of special form which model symmetric canonical hypothetical gene networks of the first class.
