Statistical research of blocking affecting Ukrainian weather
A brief characteristic of blocking processes in Northern hemisphere is given. As an example, the analysis of time series of aggregate duration of blocking has revealed the tendency of climatic changes in Ukraine. For description of blocking a set of equations, describing propagation of nonlinear waves is proposed.
