Modeling system for climatic and ecological studies

An intelligent modeling system for climatic and ecological studies is described. It contains the elements of several system levels such as basic models of processes; methods and algorithms of sensitivity theory for models and functionals; algorithms for presentation of multicomponent and multidimensional climatic data bases as a set of orthogonal subspaces of principle components etc. The focus is to reveal some aspects of the energy active domains in the climatic system. It is necessary for studies of the regions prone to risk and vulnerability.
