On e-controllability of linear equations in Banach spaces that unsolved with respect to the derivative
Necessary and sufficient conditions of e-controllability are obtained for the class of linear differential equations of the first order unsolved with respect to the derivative in Banach spaces. Abstract results are applied to the study of e-controllability of the evolution equation for free surface of filtered liquid as well as for a degenerate system of algebraic partial differential equations.
