On optimization of documentation flows model in an online documentation circulation system
This article addresses one of the approaches to formulation of the problem of the document flow optimization according to a certain specified criterion. The approach is based on searching out the optimal document propagation paths, which are determined by the architecture design and the structure of online document circulation system. The formulation of the problem relies on the analysis of the existing structure and established business-processes. Solution of the problem was obtained empirically in accordance with the results of monitoring of the system characteristics that enabled us to select the optimal system architecture.
