Application of iterative schemes for stratified fluid dynamics problems

A multi-step iterative scheme is used to solve evolutional problems of an ideal stratified fluid dynamics. The proposed scheme has the convergence rate that is similar compared with the Chebyshev's method and it is stable with regard to variations of the initial assignment of the input information which is required for its construction. Results of application of the proposed method to a number of model problems are given.
