Solution of self-consistent problems of electronic optics using iteration method in the subdomains without intersections and without change of type of the boundary condition

Numerical algorithms for the solving of the self-consistent problems of the electronic optics, based on decomposition of calculated domain on the near cathode and the basic subdomains are constructed and realized. Specifics of the present approach is that during the iterative process the matching between subdomains is carried out without intersections, and at the interface boundary the Dirichlet condition for the potential of the electric field is set in both subdomains. Solution of the self-consistent problem is found as the solution of the system of nonlinear equations. Each equation of the system has the difference between normal components of the electric field to the left and to the right of. Iterative algorithms for solving the equations are proposed and their convergence is investigated numerically on a test problem.
