Microscopic model of conformational degrees of freedom of cytoskeleton microtubule and its analogue in optics

The non-linear ring interferometer is considered as an example of the structural analog of the cytoskeleton microtubule. The problem of imitation of the processes in the cytoskeleton is addressed with the help of optical systems and its radiophysical analogs.
