Polynomial integro-differential 1D and 2D splines

The methods of interpolation and smoothing of one-dimensional and two-dimensional grid functions by parabolic integrodifferential splines (ID-splines), polynomials (ID-polynomials) and ID-splines of any even degree based on the totality of integral and differential conditions of concordance are suggested and mathematically substantiated.
