Parameters modelling for an electro-sparking alloying process for formation of functional surfaces

The main problem for modelling of the electrosparking alloying (ESA) is a definition of the technological parameters for a production of the functional coating surfaces, as well as for obtaining various coatings for machinery tools and details. A technique of the imitational statical modelling is used to achieve this goal. The algorithm is implemented for an IBM PC, which allows determination of the technological parameters for the ESA. The comparative analysis of calculations and experiments has demonstrated a good agreement for the results. It makes possible to create, analyze, and optimize the process of forming of the coating surface with the required properties.
