Реферат: eng: In this paper model and nanostructuring mechanism of amorphous metal film under heating and thermoelastic deformations initiated by a surface millisecond thermal pulse is formulated. When thermal pulse heat film surface the short-range order of the amorphous medium surface layer changes and nanocrystals appear. The internal energy and elastic energy of the transformed layer decrease, the latent heat of transformation is released, and the stresses relax. Latent heat of transformation along with the heat from the surface heat source heats the next layer of material in which thermal stresses occur. Together they cause the generation of nanocrystals in this layer. The layers in which the nanocrystallization is completed are simply conductors of heat from the surface heat source to the layer in which the transformation takes place. Thus, the generation of nanocrystals across the entire thickness of the film occurs by relay, that is, from the heated surface the transformation wave moves. © 2019 Author(s).
